What are the important things in your life that you want to do? Write them down on a piece of paper. It's sticks in your mind in a different, better way, if you write out your goals in longhand on regular paper, than if you type them into your computer. You also have the ability to stick the paper where you can refer to it often when you start drifting off course with your work. Most experts agree that a handwritten list is more effective than a computer generated print out. Research has shown that handwriting triggers a different part of our brain which gives what we're writing more importance and makes it easier to remember. It also puts our brains in gear to make sure we accomplish what we've handwritten. Just the act of actually writing the words on paper makes the worlds more relevant.
